Machine for the production of rolled-up bread-sticks of different sizes with a manual pick-up system.

This machine is characterized by single cutting into the loading dough, to give the product a rough appearance.

The machine can also produce small French bread loafs.

Hourly output: approx. 150 to 200 kg.
